There is gear with the slime xp bonus, but I don't think it's the same thing as training xp. Cooking (page 2) has a bonus for training xp (plus slime xp as well in the same block) and you can make any of the recipes in that block to boost the perma bonus on them all. Syn v2's shop has a bonus for training xp. Syn v2 (romos mech page) has a slime xp bonus, but that one can't mean the same thing as training xp. Syn v2 (comos mech page) has a training xp bonus.
